Short-Path Solution

Short-fiber path is a relatively reliable solution for crosslapping. It uses a simple structure and less motor.

It is common to use short-path crosslapper to handle rough and strong fibers, such as carbon fiber or glass fiber.

Short-path solution is applied to 202 crosslapping series
Long-path solution is applied to 301 and 401 series.

Long-Path Solution

Long-path solution gives a firm grip on the webs, thus it allows higher speed for crosslapping process.

Profile control device is an upgrade option for crosslappers. It gives great weight distribution for output web by stretching input web.
