High Bulk and Loft: The process yields fabrics that are exceptionally fluffy and voluminous, with a thickness significantly greater than other bonding methods for the same basis weight .
Superior Softness: The absence of compression during bonding and the use of bicomponent fibers result in a fabric with a gentle, textile-like hand feel, often described as “cottony” .
Excellent Resilience and Elasticity: The three-dimensional bond structure gives the material good compression recovery, allowing it to spring back after being compressed .
